IP Holdings LLC (IPH) is an IP-centric merchant banking organization affiliated with General Patent Corporation. IP Holdings provides IP-related financial services, IP brokerage and operates an idea incubator.

IP Holdings invests in, develops, incubates, and assists in the commercialization of novel and promising technology, with a particular emphasis on the development and protection of intellectual property.

The concept of an idea incubator was born in 1989 (see "Poltorak's Business Incubator", Computer Marketing, 1989). Today, the IPH portfolio includes significant equity stakes in several companies.
